ZonedDateTime (UTC -> KST)

dateTime에 “z”를 붙여달라는 프론트의 요청이 있었습니다.
LocalDateTime : "2022-02-23T12:51:17"
ZonedDateTime : "2022-02-23T12:51:17.233Z"
위의 예시처럼 데이터 형식에 “z”로 DateTime의 zone을 표현해줍니다. (UTC기준일때!)

 

모든 LocalDateTime 변수들을 ZonedDateTime으로 변경하고 DB의 칼럼도 ZonedDateTime으로 변경하였습니다.

 

프론트와 백 사이의 통신은 모두 UTC 기준으로 이루어집니다.
UTC와 KST는 +9시간의 차이가 있기 때문에 시간을 기준으로 데이터를 조회할 때 유의해야 합니다.
때문에 시간 기준으로 조회를 할 때 UTC → KST →UTC로 과정을 거쳐 조회하였습니다.
번거롭게 보일 수 있지만 통신을 UTC 기준으로 할 때 서비스 확장성을 가져갈 수 있습니다.
